We challenge you to set up a Health and Fitness program within your class and/or school!

Brought to you by ParticipACTION Teen Challenge!

Steps:

1) Choose a Kids O Course Leadership group (can consist of 3-4 students)

2) Kids O Course Leaders create a Health and FitnessĀ  Weekly Challenge

3) Each week, students participate in the challenge and record results!

4) Track progress and measure results!!!

5) BE FIT AND STAY HEALTHY!!!!
